We highly recommend Ryan to deal with any of your fireplace needs. We had what seemed like impossible-to- solve issues with our conversion from propane to natural gas. Ryan was brought in and now we have a wonderful working fireplace. Ryan is very easy to work with, will take the time to explain everything to you, and will not quit until the problem is solved and you are satisfied. Thank you Ryan!

We have used Ryan for a few of our different fireplace needs. We have 2 gas fireplaces in our older home and we converted an Airstream and needed to convert an appliance from natural gas to a propane line. Whenever we call, Ryan is always willing to make time for us and to help us out with any issue, any install. No task is too big or small for him. He is always friendly, personable and explains things so clearly so that I feel I can understand what he is doing and why he is doing it.We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. We plan to eventually upgrade our fireplaces and at that point, we would definitely be reaching back out to Ryan!

Ryan did a fantastic job for us, connecting up our gas and checking over our gas fireplace. He responded to us quickly and was flexible, working around the times we were available. He was tidy and quick and we're super happy we have a warm home. We would happily recommend him to any one wanting a great service.

Ryan came to the rescue when my fireplace, which is my main heating source, mysteriously conked out. He not only quickly located and fixed the problem, he went the extra distance to clean out my fireplace and show me how to maintain it properly. Ryan has great customer service and is really pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!

Ryan did a WETT inspection on our fireplace when we purchased our new farm back in 2018. He was respectful, punctual, squeezed us in last min and was friendly and personable.I called him today (June2022) as I could not find a copy of the inspection report for my new insurance company and he was super helpful and emailed it over in less than 5 min.

Ryan exceeds customer satisfaction - he serviced our fire place, and his attention to detail was beyond any business I’ve experienced in the sea to sky! He was very friendly, knowledgable, and most importantly, efficient ... I really felt like he wanted the best for our home and its fire place... worth every cent.Thanks Ryan our fire place looks brand new, and is working WAY better - we appreciate all the advice and honesty.Great service job - beyond 5 stars.

Ryan is a real pro. He takes great care and pride in his craft. When we moved into our new place, the fireplace had been neglected by the previous owners. Ryan brought it back to life by identifying sections where the gas was being blocked and by giving it a clean like I've never seen before. Ryan installed a fireplace for us in our newly renovated home. He was friendly, easy to work with, and most of all reliable. He helped me come up with a plan for the mantle and installed backing and support for the tilers. He did an amazing job and charged me exactly what he quoted. He even stayed until 10pm one night and was up on the roof caulking in the dark to get the job done. The guy is a total beauty and I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of anything to do with their fire place.
