First time using Inflame Heating for my annual chimney cleaning, but not the last. Adrien was professional, courteous and punctual. He completed a chimney sweep and returned for a creosote scrub. He also discovered loose bricks and mortar which he photographed for my viewing. I highly recommend this company for trustworthy and reliable work at a fair price.

InFlame Heating & Mechanical did a heat pump installation for me about 4 weeks ago. Throughout the experience they were responsive, communicative, and helpful. I was really impressed with the quality of work and the friendliness of the installation team.Before choosing InFlame, I had received about 8 different heat pump quotes. I knew that I wanted to have a Daikin, Mitsubishi, or Fujitsu system installed. InFlame was competitive in their pricing and the quote provided a detailed breakdown of the cost of each piece of equipment. This was extremely helpful for me in determining whether it was worth paying a bit extra to make some changes to the quote. I ended up with a Daikin Aurora 4MXL36 (3 ton unit, good to -25C, also necessary with 4 heads) for future proofing, and Daikin Emura wallheads as they are really sleek looking compared to the base ductless units. InFlame was quick to adjust the quote for me so I could compare the price difference make my decision, and they also provided me with the AHRI# of the heat pump. (Make sure you use the AHRI# on the federal government website to ensure your heat pump model qualifies for the government rebates)If you're looking for a company to install a heat pump I would highly recommend giving InFlame a call for a quote.p.s. I'm renovating my home and most trades come in and give you a quote and for some reason the actual invoice comes in 30% higher than the quote, and there is always an excuse - so frustrating. Inflame quoted me a price and the invoice came in $47 cheaper. Honest. Professional. Organized. Oh and by the way, they never asked me to write this.
